ShopLinker is a cross-border shopping platform that allows customers in the Democratic Republic of Congo to purchase items from international online stores that normally do not ship locally. We coordinate purchasing, logistics, and delivery so customers can access global retailers from one structured process.

No. ShopLinker does not own or sell products. Customers shop directly on external international retailers. We facilitate purchasing and delivery on the customer’s behalf.

After approving your quote, you return to the ShopLinker website and pay using supported local payment methods. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

Delivery timelines depend on the retailer and shipping route. On average:

  • Retailer processing: 2–7 days

  • International shipping: 7–25 days

  • Customs & local delivery: 3–10 days

Customers receive updates throughout the process.

Yes. Once your order is purchased and shipped, tracking updates are shared via WhatsApp or email.

You can order most consumer goods, including:

  • Clothing & fashion

  • Electronics

  • Beauty products

  • Home appliances

  • Tools & household goods

Certain restricted or prohibited items cannot be shipped due to international regulations.

Yes. For safety and legal reasons, ShopLinker cannot ship:

  • Weapons or hazardous goods

  • Illegal substances

  • Counterfeit items

  • Certain chemicals or restricted electronics

  • Prohibited imports under DRC law

Orders containing restricted items will be declined.

f a retailer cannot fulfill an item after payment:

  • The customer is notified immediately

  • A refund or replacement option is offered

Orders may be cancelled before purchase execution.
Once items have been purchased from the retailer, cancellation may not be possible.

ShopLinker will assist in communicating with the retailer and logistics partners. Resolution depends on retailer policies and shipping insurance terms.

Yes. Customs and import charges are included in your quote estimation. We aim to keep all costs transparent before payment.
